Ingredients

  • 1 c. Homemade ketchup Juice of one lemon
  • 1/4 c. Vodka
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Freshly-grated horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped onions
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a food processor, puree all the ingredients till smooth. Remove and chill for 1 hour to allow the flavors to marry.
  2. This recipe yields about 1 c. of dipping sauce.
