Ingredients

16 ounce cream cheese softened
3 Tbsp. heavy cream
1 c. brandy
1 tsp thyme powdered Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 1 hour so flavors can intermingle. Serve stuffed in celery, mushroom caps, or possibly endive. Also superb wrapped up in thin slices of ham, turkey or possibly rare roast beef!
