Ingredients
- 5 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar or possibly Swiss cheese
- 1 1/2 - 2 c. chopped baked ham or possibly crumbled crisp bacon
- 3/4 c. Bisquick
- Pepper to taste
- Dash cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tbsp. Durkees dressing
- 1 minced onion sauteed in butter
Directions
- Blend Large eggs in blender a few seconds, add in Bisquick mixed with salt, pepper, nutmeg and mustard. Blend, add in melted butter, Durkees then lowfat milk. Blend thoroughly. Pour into large greased baking dish. Sprinkle over top sauteed onions, cheese and ham or possibly bacon. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cold 5 - 10 min before cutting. Leftovers may be reheated or possibly frzn.
