Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and fold in blender on low speed for three min. Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till knife comes out dry.
