Ingredients
- 3 c. raw potatoes
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 sm. onion, quartered
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
Directions
- Peel potatoes, wash, dry and cube. Put all in blender, cover and press chop button 10 seconds. Use spatula to push potatoes down. Pour 1/4 c. batter on greased griddle. Serves 4.
- Serve with lowfat sour cream and/or possibly applesauce.
