Ingredients
- 2 c. fresh basil
- 2 cloves slightly crushed garlic
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. grnd locatelli cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. pine nuts or possibly minced walnuts
- (Pesto sauce for two pound pasta)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in blender; blend on high till all ingredients are mixed well into a sauce. Cook and drain pasta (one lb.). Add in sauce to taste and top with extra cheese.
