Ingredients: 2 c. fresh basil; 2 cloves slightly crushed garlic; 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil; 1/2 c. grnd locatelli cheese; 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese; 2 tbsp. pine nuts or possibly minced walnuts; (Pesto sauce for two pound pasta)

2 cloves slightly crushed garlic
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c. grnd locatelli cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. pine nuts or possibly minced walnuts
(Pesto sauce for two pound pasta)

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender; blend on high till all ingredients are mixed well into a sauce. Cook and drain pasta (one lb.). Add in sauce to taste and top with extra cheese.
