Directions

  1. Put Large eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter and vanilla in blender bowl and blend well. Add in 1 c. pecans and blend just sufficient to chop nuts coarsely.
  2. Pour into pie shell. Place pecan halves on top. Bake in warm oven (425 degrees F) 15 min; reduce heat to 350 degrees F and continue baking till top is lightly browned, about 30 min. The easiest pecan pie to make and one of the best-a good freezer.
