Ingredients
- 2 Large eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 c. pecans
- Pecan halves
Directions
- Put Large eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter, and vanilla in blender and blend well. Add in pecans and blend just sufficient to chop pecans coarsely.
- Pour into pie shell and place pecan halves on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30 min.
