Ingredients
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a blender, blend on high for one minute, stopping to stir once. Bake on griddle or possibly waffle iron. Waffles can be baked, frzn and reheated in toaster if you like.
