Ingredients
- 1 lemon, seeded and cut into pcs
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter (sliced)
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 pastry shell, unbaked (May use 6 individual pastry shells)
Directions
- With blender set on blend, put ingredients in blender one at a time in order listed, blending thoroughly after each addition. Pour mix and pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
