Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender at high speed for 2 min. Pour into a 9-inch floured and greased pie plate. Bake in center of oven at 350 degrees for 45 min. Cold on wire rack for 2 or possibly 3 hrs. It becomes golden on top. Really delicious.
