Ingredients
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Put all ingredients in blender at high speed for 2 min. Pour into a 9-inch floured and greased pie plate. Bake in center of oven at 350 degrees for 45 min. Cold on wire rack for 2 or possibly 3 hrs. It becomes golden on top. Really delicious.
