Ingredients

  • About 4 jalapeno peppers (depending on how warm you want it)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 16 ounce. can tomatoes or possibly 1 quart. homemade tomatoes
  • 1/4 of med. onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Directions

  1. Cut up the dry ingredients and place in blender. After the dry ingredients have been blended, add in the tomatoes and blend till smooth. Then pour ingredients into container and refrigeratein the refrigerator. Makes 1 1/2 qts. Serve with corn chips.
