  1. Cream butter, sugar and molasses. Add in unbeaten Large eggs, then nuts, dates and raisins. Add in soda dissolved in 1 tsp. hot water. Combine flour and spices; sift into mix to make stiff dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-15 min.
