Ingredients

  • Single thickness lamb chops Spice mix Oil Butter Single thickness lamb chops Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Seasoning Double thickness lamb chops

Directions

  1. Blackened: Heat a black cast-iron skillet till it is very warm. Season single thickness chops with a spice mix and add in to pan.
  2. Sauteed: To a heated skillet add in the oil and butter. Season the chops with salt and pepper and add in to pan.
  3. Grilled: Season the chops and put on grill.
