  1. Combine Part 1 ingredients in pan and let sit while preparing remainder of recipe.
  2. Sift the flour, sugar, salt and baking pwdr into mixing bowl. Add in egg and mix well. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to make a stiff batter. Bring blackberry mix to a boil. Add in dough a spoonful at a time into the boiling mix.
  3. Cover with a lid, reduce heat slightly to prevent sticking and cook, covered for about 15 to 20 min.
