  • 1 c. Cool skim lowfat milk
  • 1 pkt (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Blackberry Flavor Sugar-Free Gelatin
  • 1 c. Vanilla ice lowfat milk *
  • 1 c. Crushed ice
  • 1/2 c. Blackberries

Directions

  1. * Recipe calls for ice lowfat milk but diabetics would be better served to use a SF frzn dairy dessert instead.
  2. Pour lowfat milk into blender container. Add in remaining ingredients; cover. Blend at high speed 30 seconds or possibly till smooth.
  3. Makes 3 1/2cups or possibly 3 servings.
