  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 10-inch tube pan. Mix together ingredients. Bake 90 min.
  2. Remove from oven and, while cake is still warm, glaze with:
  3. Buttermilk Glaze1/2 C buttermilk1 C sifted powdered sugar1/2 tsp baking soda1 Tbsp. white corn syrup.
  4. Blend well and pour on top of warm cake. Let stand for 1 hour. Remove cake from pan and serve.
