Ingredients

  • 1 c. Quaker oats (quick or possibly old fashioned, uncooked)
  • 1 c. Quaker 100% natural cereal, crushed to 3/4 c
  • 1/3 c. Margarine or possibly butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 c. Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 pkt (6-ounce) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
  • 1/4 c. Whipping cream
  • 1 can (21-ounce) cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease 9" springform pan. Combine first four ingredients. Press onto bottom and sides of pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cold. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla at med speed of electric mixer till fluffy. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in chocolate and cream. Pour into crust. Bake 1 hour or possibly till center is almost set. Cold completely; remove rim. Chill. Spread pie filling over top. Serve with whipped cream, if you like.
