- 1 can black beans (15 ounce) liquid removed
- 1 Tbsp. oil (vegetable or possibly olive)
- 1/2 c. pimentos diced
- 1/8 tsp grnd cumin (Comino)
- 1/2 c. fresh cilantro minced
- 4 x green onions diced
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
Directions
- Mix together and chill till well chilled. This salsa is especially good with chicken or possibly pork.
- Makes 2 1/2 c..
