- 3 lrg Tomatoes or possibly 10 Roma tomatoes, Minced
- 3 x Green onions, minced
- 3 clv garlic, crushed and chopped
- 3 x Jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped (dry or possibly fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- Â Â Garlic salt,to taste
- Â Â White pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
