Ingredients
- 2 c. Cooked or possibly canned black beans
- Rinsed and liquid removed if canned
- 1/4 c. Diced red onion
- 1/2 c. Diced green bell pepper
- 1 c. Diced tomato
- 1 lrg Clov garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh cilantro
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Minced chile pepper, or possibly to taste
- Salt, to taste

Directions
- MAKES 4 C. DAIRY-FREE
- Serve this salsa as a side dish or possibly topping for grain and/or possibly vegetables. Canned beans are acceptable here.
- In serving bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Cover and let stand at least 30 min to allow flavors to develop.
- If prepared more than a few hrs ahead, refrigerateand return to room temperature before serving.
