- 1 x corn tortillas refried beans nonfat cheddar cheese green tomato salsa see recipe
- Spread 1 corn tortilla with refried black beans (I used canned) and sprinklewith fat free cheese. Top with another tortilla. Grill in a dry skillet, flipping to prevent sticking.
- Cooking Time: 3 minutes. Pour green salsa in a smallbowl (I think room temperature taste best) and dip quesadilla wedges.
