Ingredients

  • 2 c. Liquid removed black beans
  • 3 Tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 1 x Clove garlic
  • 4 tsp Lime juice
  • 3/4 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 2 Tbsp. Mild green chili peppers, up to 3
  • 2 x Scallions, minced fine

Directions

  1. Fold in blender all but the scallions. Put the mix in a bowl and stir in the scallions. Refrigeratebefore serving. This is especially tasty and attractive if topped with diced tomatoes.
