Ingredients
- 2 c. Liquid removed black beans
- 3 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1 x Clove garlic
- 4 tsp Lime juice
- 3/4 tsp Grnd cumin
- 2 Tbsp. Mild green chili peppers, up to 3
- 2 x Scallions, minced fine
Directions
- Fold in blender all but the scallions. Put the mix in a bowl and stir in the scallions. Refrigeratebefore serving. This is especially tasty and attractive if topped with diced tomatoes.
