Ingredients

  • 3 c. Refried Black Beans (see rec.)
  • 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1 c. Salsa Fresca (see recipe)

Directions

  1. I have not made any of these recipes. I got them from the Food TV web see them making the stuff on TV and then you go into the web site to pull the recipes. I pulled these because I love black beans and refried beans, but had never had black refried beans. Hope they come out ok.
  2. In food processor with a metal blade place beans. Process 2 - 3 min, till fairly smooth. Add in lowfat sour cream and cumin if you like, and mix another minute to blend. Stir in salsa fresca (follows) till just combined. Serve.
