Ingredients

  • 1 can (11 ounce) condensed black bean soup
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Chopped onion
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 4 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley, for garnish Corn chips or possibly crackers, for accompaniment

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl mash soup. Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley.
  2. Cover and refrigeratefor 1 hour. Spoon into a serving bowl. Garnish with parsley. Serve with corn chips or possibly crackers.
