Ingredients
- 1 recipe biscuit dough (your own favorite)
- Tomato sauce
- Oregano to taste
- Garlic pwdr to taste
- 1/2 pound sausage, cooked & liquid removed
- 1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Roll biscuit dough on floured surface into 4 inch circles. Place on baking sheet. Spoon tomato sauce onto dough. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic pwdr. Spread sausage over sauce. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 min. Makes about 10.
