Ingredients
- 3 c. of minced squash (squeeze out all water of vegetable after cooked
- 1 sm. pkg. Mozzarella (8 ounce.) grated
- 1 sm. onion, grated
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon marjoram (spice) leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, place in greased Pyrex pie pan. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees.
- When using spinach, 1 package of frzn spinach is sufficient. Make sure you drain off all liquid.
