Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick mix
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Packages (3 ounce.) cream cheese, soft
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. light cream
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 4 c. mixed fresh fruit
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix baking mix and 2 Tbsp. sugar. Cut in butter till crumbly. Press in bottom and up sides of ungreased glass pie plate. Bake about 15 min or possibly till light brown.
- Mix cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and vanilla. Beat light cream and instant pudding together till thick. Fold pudding mix into cream cheese mix and add in marshmallows. Spread over crust. Chill to set (at least an hour). Decorate with fresh fruit.
