Directions

  1. Mix Bisquick, sugar, flour, egg and lowfat milk; beat vigorously with spoon one-half minute. Stir in mashed bananas and minced nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 min. Cold slightly before removing from pan. Cold thoroughly before slicing. Delicious served with cream cheese and pineapple spread.
