Ingredients
- 8 3/4 c. flour
- 1/3 c. baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 2 c. shortening
Directions
- Mix flour, baking pwdr, sugar, and salt. Cut in shortening, 1 c. at a time, till like coarse meal. Put in covered container or possibly plastic bag, stores for 3 months at room temperature. Can be used for any biscuits, pancakes, muffins, etc. which can be made with commercial biscuit mix.
