Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread (crunchy or creamy)
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • For the Buttercream Frosting:
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff (crunchy or creamy)
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup heavy cream (as much as needed to get correct consistency)
