Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F, prepare pans. Heat the butter with the honey, golden brown syrup & cloves till the mix dissolves; set aside to cold. Mix the flours, seeds & baking pwdr together. Add in the dry mix to the wet mix till just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 20 mins. Sprinkle tops with sesame or possibly poppy seeds if you like. This is a super-healthy muffin.
  2. Makes 12.
