Ingredients
- 1 pkt butterscotch morsels (12 ounce.)
- 1 can La Choy chow mein noodles (15 ounce.)
- 1 c. unsalted peanuts
Directions
- Over double boiler pan, let water come to a boil, lower heat. Add in butterscotch morsels to the pan. When the butterscotch has melted to a creamy consistency, add in the noodles and peanuts. Mix well. put a piece of waxed paper on a cookie sheet. Place the cookie sheet in refrigerator to cold and harden. Keep refrigerated till ready to eat. makes 2 dozen
