Ingredients

  • 1 lg. diced onion
  • 1 lg. diced bell pepper
  • 1 stalk diced celery
  • 1/4 c. bacon drippings
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes
  • 2 (16 ounce.) cans mixed vegetables
  • Dash of oregano
  • Dash of sage
  • 1 teaspoon Mex-I pepper
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1 c. catsup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 pound diced white fish fillet
  • 1 1/2 pound peeled med. shrimp
  • 3 crabs, cleaned and halved

Directions

  1. Saute/fry onions, peppers and celery in bacon drippings. Add in all other ingredients, except seafood, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 min, add in seafood and cook for another 15 to 20 min.
