Ingredients
1 1/2 ounce Dry oatmeal
1/3 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp. Raisins
2 Tbsp. Chunky peanut butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 x Banana, mashed (adds sweet)
2 x -(up to)
3 Tbsp. Water
Directions
Combine all. Divide into 2 cookies on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 350 F. for 5-8 minutes. Don't over-bake. This makes 2 soft cookies. 1 cookie = 1
