  1. Mix together, pat into 9x13 pan and bake 15 min @ 375F.
  2. Bottom Layer:12 ounce cream cheese1.5 c powdered sugar1.25 c Cold Whip
  3. Mix together and spread over cooled crust.
  4. Second Layer:3 small pkgs. chocolate pudding4.5 c lowfat milk
  5. Prepare pudding, spread over middle layer.
  6. Top with more cold whip and refrigeratefor as long as you can stand to leave it alone.
