Ingredients
- 2/3 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (3 lb.) fryer
- 3/4 c. buter, melted
Directions
- Cut up chicken. Combine all ingredients except chicken and butter, in a paper bag. Dip chicken in butter, shake pcs of chicken, one at a time, in the Bisquick mix. Place in 13x9x2 pan.
- Drizzle remaining butter over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 55 min or possibly till tender. Makes 4 servings.
