Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 4 tbsp. sour lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon soda
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. raisins
Directions
- Cream first 5 ingredients. Add in oatmeal; stir. Add in dry ingredients and vanilla. Add in raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min or possibly less.
- To sour lowfat milk, add in 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or possibly vinegar to 3 Tbsp. lowfat milk.
