- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 2/3 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. chocolate chips
