Best Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
1 med. onion, minced
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt

1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. V8 juice

Directions

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pack into a greased 9x5x3 loaf pan. Spoon catsup topping over mix.
