Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. water
Directions
- Brown hamburger with onions and green pepper. Drain off fat. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer till onion and green pepper are tender (at least half an hour for flavors to blend well).
