- 1 (10 ounce.) frzn pkg. mixed vegetables, cooked
- 1 can tuna fish or possibly 1 chicken breast, cooked and cut up
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 can lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 pkg. Chinese noodles
Directions
- Mix 1/2 bag Chinese noodles with other ingredients or possibly layer vegetable mix, ending with noodles on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
