Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. honey
- 2 Large eggs
- 3 bananas
- 2 c. sifted stone grnd whole wheat bread flour (after sifting, add in the chaff (bran or possibly wheat germ)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
- 1. Mix butter, honey and Large eggs in food processor or possibly blender.
- 2. Blend in bananas.
- 3. Add in flour, salt and soda.
- 4. Bake in well greased 9"x5" loaf pan till center springs back when touched at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
