Ingredients
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 pkt Active Dry Yeast
- 1/2 c. Hot Water
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 c. Flour
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in 1/2 c. hot water.
- Scald lowfat milk and cold.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat Large eggs well, then add in other ingredients.
- Stirring till mix is blended. Then beat till the batter is smooth.
- The batter may be stored in a large fruit juice container so which it does not rise over the top.
- This will keep in refrigerator for a long time.
