Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of cinnamon
- 4 large eggs, well beaten
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 1/2 c. buttermilk (can use Saco powdered buttermilk; follow directions on can)
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients. Put together large eggs and buttermilk. Add in dry ingredients to egg mix and mix well, but don't beat. Add in butter and blend well. Cook pancakes on hot griddle. Batter keeps well in refrigerator if tightly sealed.
