Ingredients
- 2 c. white sugar
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 c. boiling water
Directions
- Mix together in heavy 2-qt saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Cook about 5 min. Remove from heat and let cold 5 min. Mix will be slightly thin. Add in flavoring of maple extract or possibly imitation maple. Pour into jars. Mix will thicken to just the right consistency.
