Ingredients
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 3/4 c. nuts, if you like
Directions
- Cream shortening and sugar; add in beaten Large eggs. Sift flour and soda; fold into first mix with rolled oats. Add in flavorings and nuts. Drop by tsp. onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees about 10 min.
