Ingredients
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 4 c. cooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 c. minced green onion
- 2 Large eggs, boiled & minced
- 1 c. frzn peas
- 2 tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Directions
- While macaroni is cooking, combine parsley and mayonnaise, vinegar, celery seed, salt, pepper and mustard. Mix well, toss macaroni with onion and celery, Large eggs and peas. Add in dressing to this mix and mix well. Chill before serving.
