Ingredients
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3 pkg. dry yeast
- 14 to 15 c. plain flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. sugar plus 4 c. hot water
- 1 c. oil
- 3 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix together 1/2 c. hot water, 2 Tbsp. sugar and dry yeast; let stand 5 - 10 min. In large bowl put plain flour and 1 c. sugar. Take above yeast mix and add in sugar plus water, oil and salt. Add in to dry ingredients and mix well. Let stand in hot place till double and then make into desired rolls and let stand till double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
