Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine vinegar and lowfat milk, and set aside. Beat butter till light, and add in brown sugar and beat again till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs and vanilla, and blend thoroughly. Stir together lowfat milk mix and dry ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees till light brown. When cold, spread with Brown Butter Icing.
